Rules and Regulations and Restrictions of Record
All lot owners should take the time to get familiar with Lake Wauwanoka’s Restrictions as well as the Rules and Regulations which apply to boating, swimming, fishing and use of beaches and the parkway surrounding the lake. As a lot owner, you should especially be familiar with our lake’s rules and procedures before making an investment in a boat, motor, dock or any type of construction. | Boat Registration Form | All boats belonging to lot owners must be registered with the Lake and require a Lake sticker. |
| Building Permit Application | Required for construction of new homes, garages, additions, porches, patios, fences, etc. |
| Building Permit Checklist | A helpful and comprehensive list of required paperwork for construction permits. |
| Building Regulations | Covers everything from residences to docks, fences to sheds, footings to roofing and more. |
| Day Pass Gate Code Request Form | Get a convenient, one-day code for your guests to open the gate with. |
| Dock Transfer | Who owns that dock anyway? Use this to make it official and registered with the Lake. |
| Dock Construction Permit | All dock construction requires approvals first from the Building Committee. |
| Fence Permit | Submit this form with your survey. |
| Security Access Form | For new or replacement gate key cards or remotes. |
| Vehicle Sticker Request Form | If you park it here you need one for each vehicle including motorcycles, golf carts, & ATVs |
| Waiting List for Stock Form | Submit this form to get your name on the list. |
