All lot owners should take the time to get familiar with Lake Wauwanoka’s Restrictions as well as the Rules and Regulations which apply to boating, swimming, fishing and use of beaches and the parkway surrounding the lake.
As a lot owner, you should especially be familiar with the lake rules and procedures before making an investment in a boat, motor, dock or any type of construction. Doing so may save you embarrassment and expense. The Building Regulations document covers everything from residences to docks, garages, fences, sheds, footings to roofing and more.
The current assessment is $5.00 per front foot of your property, effective 10/1/2025.
Assessments are determined by adding the road front footage and the back front footage together, dividing by two, and multiplying that by $5. Back front footage is the back line of your property that fronts the back acres.
